No matter where you pay from on our site and whether you pay once, every month, or at any frequency you’re in our monthly delivery cycle.
After payment, you’ll receive immediate access via email or direct download link, typically within a few hours of checkout.
No physical goods are shipped- all products are digital.
If a payment is made as a voluntary contribution/support payment rather than for a specific template, no additional product is owed beyond the monthly template delivery already provided to all subscribers.
If you do not receive your download within a few hours, contact us and we’ll resend it right away.
Our delivery email can be any of both, so do check your junk box : contact@templates.name or contact@360digitalproducts.com.
